Process system not responding on RcA Voyager Pro Tablet

Well it started with process system not responding tried to restart to no avail so did a hard reset . It reset but now is froze on the Startup screen the one that says Hi there help me please

That's one of those cheap "there's no information available" devices. All you can do now is bring it to a place that recycles electronics and buy a tablet that's worth the money. (The name "RCA" is being used by Chinese junk manufacturers, who manufacture junk with "reliable-sounding" names. [And don't care about copyrights and trademarks.]) Stick with a known brand if you want to be able to do something if the tablet acts up.

You could try reflashing the stock ROM - see if your model number is at https://rootmydevice.com/download-rca-stock-rom-firmware/ If it is, download the file. Search flash RCS Voyager Pro Tablet and follow the instructions, flashing the file you downloaded. (Most of the instructions you'll find are for CWM, but if you use

fastboot flash <and the full name of the file you downloaded>

it will flash Android. A lot of work for an almost 3 year old $50 device.)
