Processing system not responding? Wait or close? On Lg g3

4 days ago my phone restarted on its own & went on constant boot loop. I did all the factory reset 4 times! My wifi was also affected my wifi use to work so well but not sometimes it's working but keeps losing signal & sometimes I can't even turn it on. My phone freezes & restarts as well. My phone is not rooted didn't do anything to the phone. I also bought a new battery I put in today & it still kept restarting the phone. & whenever I turn on the phone I get the message "processing system not responding" how do I fix this ? Thanks !

Did you ever get the problems resolved? I just did ANOTHER factory reset still having the same exact problems !
