Is it possible to setup your profiles, let's say "home" and "work" to have their own calendar and email? I don't want my work calendar items on my personal, etc. When I started playing around it seems that my "work" profile took on my personal data by default.

According to the XPRT which is the Sprint version of the Pro. You can in fact do it.
Page 34 of the manual does not go into enough detail for me so I am also going to ask Motorola how to do it.

As I currently understand it
You can use the Google calendar for home and the Exchange calendar for work .
