Does your phone have a microSD card? If so, is that where you had the ringtones?

Yes I have SD. card but tones were on the phone model h891l

Where are you looking for the ringtones? Do you mean that when you go to Settings>Sounds & Notifications>Ringtones, nothing shows up in the list?

Is the phone rooted? Does this happen in Safe Mode? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
