I placed my pre order over the phone with a customer care rep. I received the new S8 Plus yesterday, but have no receipt. What does T Mobile want me to use as a proof of purchase to redeem the Gear VR offer?

Download the Samsung pay app and scan down the page until you see REGISTER (Samsung Promotions) and follow instructions... answers the questions and than take a picture of the scan bars(this is what I did) and send it! I was approved right away!. Within several hours I received an email from Samsung stating that I was approved and time to order the bundle (99.00)...I payed through PayPal.. You can use credit card....
Within an hour I received confirmation through PayPal.

If you log into your T-Mobile account, click on "Account History" and then look in the tabs on that page. In there should be a doc that will be sufficient for proof of purchase.

If T-Mobile has your email address, you should have received an receipt of the order there as well.
