Had a recent dealing with LG and I wanted to say how great it was.

I have a G2. The earpiece speaker got very quiet and I could not hear the people on the other end.
I could have had Sprint repair it, but I was not wanting to pay $75.00 for them to do it. (No insurance at this moment)

Called LG, they took all my info, gave a Return Authorization number and I mailed the phone to them. Was only like $5.00 USPS.

It arrived, was repaired and returned to me in only 8 DAYS.

Definitely cannot beat that at all.
As there was no physical damage, water intrusion, impact, abuse, etc, and as it is still within one year of purchase, there were no other charges.

Anyway, just wanted to give LG some love for the great customer service I received while they repaired my phone.
The G2 is going to the wife and I am getting a G3 when released.

I sent mine off Wednesday because the screen was wonky. I'm hoping for the same experience. :-)

Did I go somewhere and not realize it? ;)
Guess we were travelling in different circles for awhile.
Good to "see" you too.

Sent from my Sprint Tri-Band LG G2.

Why wouldn't Sprint cover it under warranty? When I had a blown earpiece, Verizon sent me a new(well refurbished) phone under warranty next day. I returned the old one in the box they sent and they provided a prepaid label so it didn't cost me anything

The one year warranty is from LG. Hence their fixing it for no charge.
The $75.00 that Sprint charges is their time and materials to do it.
If I had the insurance, Sprint would not have charged anything for the repair.
I remember when they charged $35.00 for repairs w/no insurance.
Oh well. I got it taken care of so I am happy. :)

Hmmm... This is a Sprint thing then. Verizon will replace phones within the manufacturers warranty even without paying for the extended warranty or insurance.

Glad it worked out for you though
