When it came to protecting my Galaxy Nexus, I looked no further than Seidio. They protected my Bionic so well that I couldn't pass them up. While the construction of this case was slightly different from that of my first from Seidio, the protection wasn't compromised at all. This case has definitely saved my phone more than once.

The simpler design is slimmer and only consists of two layers: a silicone skin wrapping the phone with drop/shock protection and a strong plastic skeleton holding it in place. All ports, speakers, microphones, and the camera are open and available at all times with this case. The grooves in the silicone enhance the feel and grip on the device so much that I like the phone better with this case. The buttons are also more responsive thanks to the silicone layer. While I choose not to use a screen protector on the device, the silicone layer makes it easy to apply one and not worry that it gets plied up at the edges.

Seidio's Active Combo is a combo because it also includes a sturdy clip. With the ability to adjust to 7 different angles, the clip can be worn by anybody nearly anywhere on a bag or their person. The clip's face-in design paired with a felt lining completes the protective experience.

Yea that is pretty beastly. We went with the only gnex case best buy carries. It's not bad. Thin snap together deal. Any extra layer is good enough for now

You mean the Rocketfish one? I had that until my Otterbox came. Couldn't get it off, so unfortunately it's sorta borked lol

I bought the white incipio which is alot like this one. The seidio is really really nice though. Great protection without the bulk of an otterbox.

The rocketfish one comes off. It is a bit tough but if you are patient it comes off. Never really feels like its completely clicked together though. Which is odd because it's hard to remove.

I had a Seidio for a Blackberry, and it was fine. The only thing was to be careful taking it off. The clips can break. You had to pull the battery on Blackberries to increase the free memory, so that got old. With the GN you don't have to remove it.

Had the Seidio Convert Combo, which is the Surface case that you can add the Active part to, basically. I've loved these on the Fascinate and the Incredible. Two weeks in, the Surface case cracked just by taking on and off a couple of times. The Active part is nice, does make the phone a bit of a beast, but it protects it like crazy.
