Protective clear case?

I just ordered my Note8 and want a protective clear case. Looking at the Spigen rugged crystal right now. Suggestions?

This holster is very thin, almost too thin for this case, which fits very snugly into it. But still I love mine, because the clip serves a dual purpose of not only clipping your cased phone to your belt, but also converts into a stand for your phone. You merely lift outward the clip and underneath there is a wire brace that you pull forward to keep the clip out. You then turn the phone so that the screen faces outward.
While you can find similar clear cases that have built in stands, they generally are thicker than the NeoHybrid.

The clip rotates 360 degrees which lets you carry the phone horizontally or vertically.

When carrying your phone the screen faces inward against soft material that protects your screen. This is a perfect solution to having a minimalist case and having great protection.

I know you will enjoy it. You must be in Europe, because we don't have the Maple Gold choice in the US. I would imagine it is gorgeous. It should look great with the gun metal crystal case.

It is two pieces, although when you get it, the bumper frame is attached around the clear case. While it easy to get your phone into the two piece case, I found it easier to get the phone out of the case by first removing the bumper and then peeling back the less stiff clear case from the phone.

I got the OtterBox clear case for $50! What a rip off but it was the cheapest case Best buy had. I'm ordering this one from Amazon tomorrow and returning the other one hopefully. It's already kinda scratched up.

I have this case, too, but prefer the similar, but more protective NeoHybrid Crystal case, which is a two piece design, with a separate bumper around the clear case.

The description of the Crystal case states it is a bumper case, but that is a bit deceiving. Except for reenforceed thicker corners it isn't.

Furthermore, I find the sides of this case more slippery, than the separate, more grippy, bumper around the NeoHybrid. Since the Crystal Case is one piece, all of it, including the sides, is made of the same rather slick material.
