Proxy server issues ongoing

Can anyone help me? I'll post a screen shot of the message I keep getting on Chrome. It's very random, maybe one a day, usually at home rather than work. Sometimes I can just reload the page and it works, other times, like now, it just won't load.
I'm finding lots of help as far as settings in Chrome on the computer, but I've not found any answers for the LG G3.
Help?

Absolutely nothing particular or regular... Although I might have solved it. I'd I have the Sprint connections optimizer on at work, my WiFi connection is amazing and I don't get that message, everything loads just fine. If I have it on at HOME however, I SOMETIMES can't connect to the proxy server. It hasn't done it though since I posted the other night. Very random.
