puk sim card locked out please help!!!

I had no idea what the puk number was nor did I know how to escape that menu kept putting in wrong codes now my sim card is locked! Phone is completely useless please help!

Better take the SIM to provider. In service office. They should fix it for you.

Hello Emily, welcome to the forums!

You can find the PUK code in the original frame that came with your SIM card. If you have lost it your only option is contacting your carrier as Datoika said.

OK I have the original card that came with the serial and sim number on it... I just spent the last hour with straight talk and they couldn't get it fixed for me so they mailing me a new sim card...i don't get why they couldn't fix it

I told the lady about what y'all were saying on the forum about the number and a pin and it should be good to go! just not looking like its my lucky day

I think a new card is the best option. It seems that the old one was completely blocked after several failed attempts to unlock it.
