Pulsar Music Player

I just got a S10 Plus moving up from a Note 9. One thing I noticed is whenever I restart my phone, Pulsar starts automatically. Never did this before. Any idea how to stop this? Thanks.

Do you mean that it automatically opens into the foreground, or that you notice that it opens in RAM in the background?

It opens in the foreground. After I do the restart, I pull the notification shade down & it is open.
