pulse notifications

After updating to Oreo, my pulse notifications are not working. I have light manager and still the pulse is not working. Any idea how to fix this issue?

I would check each app in Settings /Apps to see if the "blinking light" option is enabled for notifications.

All are, it's really frustrating because I believe I've checked everything.

To you have to turn it on where SRFast said, and sometimes turn it on in the app notification settings as well.

I actually had to go into the Light Manager app and "test" all of the pulse notifications for all of the apps I chose. After that, the notifications started working. Kinda strange, but at least they are working now.
