purchased samsung 8+ in dubai and unable to use samsung pay in India

i have purchased a samsung 8+ in dubai.... now i am unable to download the india version of samsung pay on it. Please help.

Just factory reset it. Should install the factory version updat eit and use it.
I mistakenly delted the samsung pay on setting the cell up then did this to get back its functionality.
