This is my first post so hope it hasn't been covered elsewhere.
I am new to Android and was wondering if push mail is a possibility.
I came across an app called K-9 Mail and it seems to work fine while the phone is in use.
But, if the phone falls asleep - ie: screen goes black, then push mail, and indeed notifications, cease.
Any ideas what settings, if any, I need to change?
Or, is this a niggle of a bug in the new ICS?
Or, is this specific to my phone? (It's a HTC One S).
Any and all help really appreciated.
I've had it nearly two weeks now and have trawled the Internet with little success and very little feedback about this problem from other sources I have tried asking in.
