Push Notifications Are Not Working on Android

Hello!
I got a new mobile phone (Android 7.1.1) and some push notifications are not working. WhatsApp’s and Facebooks push notifications work excellent, but other apps (Reminder, - e-mails etc.) do not.
I’ve red a lot of forums and what I’ve done: 1.turned on notifications in app, 2.turned on notifications in phone settings 3. Turned off power protection.
