Putting ics on note with saurom

Hi gentlemen i'm new to android and i have the note and i put saurom on last night and now i want to try ics so does anyone know the steps to taking saurom off and putting ics on.

it does not work that way. you're already running a custom ROM. There are 3 over on XDA that are ICS based. Follow the dev's instructions to the letter... and you should be good.

It usually involves a wipe and install. The threads over @ XDA usually tell you exactly what is required for a successful install.

Not very complicated.

Pretty much what they said. Be sure to make a backup before you wipe just in case. Go into CWM and create a backup from your Saurom rom. Then just factory wipe, erase cache, dev. cache and you should flash the zip of the new rom and you're good to go!
