[Q] B&N apps into CM7 from SD?

I purchased an app or two from B&N apps. Now I run CM7 from SD card, and will be in that mode most of the time. Is there any way to get the apps into the CM7?

Or, do I need to pony up the money again?

You may need to pay again, but perhaps if you email the developers of those apps they would be willing to refund all or part of it for you.
