[Q] Customized Moto X on NEXT program?

If someone wanted to upgrade to a customized Moto X from the website, can you only pay $199 up front or is the AT&T NEXT program an available option?

I think you have to go to the store and buy one of the redemption cards if you want the NEXT program option.
