Qlink wireless sim card network locked need code?

My Qlink wireless SIM card is locked. Phone says network locked need code? Can't get a person to actually talk to, been attempting for 2 days.
 
Are you trying to use a QLink SIM card in a device purchased somewhere else, that is branded for another carrier or are you trying to use a SIM card from another network in a QLink device?

Carrier-branded devices are often locked to that carrier, preventing use of a SIM card from another carrier in the device. You would need to work with the carrier that locked that device in order to get it unlocked for use with other carriers. If the device doesn't meet their requirements or if it's found that the device is on a payment plan that is not yet complete they may deny the unlock request.

If your SIM card has had a PIN set on it (it can be done), you'll either need to remember the PIN or work with the carrier to replace the SIM card.

QLink runs on Sprint towers. If the phone is branded by another carrier, he's the list of Lifeline providers and the towers they're on:

I'm having the same issue, when I power on, I cannot get past a grey screen that only says PIN is locked, contact service provider" which I would do if I were able to make calls.

It says pin lock or network lock?

My phone restarted and asked for a PIN code, so I entered my screen lock PIN code as I usually do, but after a few times of entering, it has remained on the screen saying "PIN code is invalid and now locked. Contact service provider."
Sorry this so long, so to answer your question it says PIN CODE was entered too many time incorrectly amd us now locked.
actually says that I had entered the wrong code too many attempts, to contact service provider

Gotcha ok so looks like at this point need to factory reset in recovery and use your Google account to get back into the phone.
