Question about 5000 mAh USB external battery pack

I was wondering....If your phone's battery gets to say 15% and you plug this in and then use the phone as normal (on with minimal use) will it still charge or at least maintain the 15%? HJ

It depends on what you are doing with it. Making calls,playing music, browsing, playing Temple run 2 it has charged but playing Slender man it slowly drains. Also using navigation it charges if screen dims but if screen stays bright it slowly drains.

I agree with @JamesE1 but you may want to get something bigger like the Limeade blast which to me is the best battery pack hands down for the money and performance. Check out this video

It charges devices at max speed so no trickle charging. You can charge three devices at once if you wanted to (@ max total current of 4A). No buttons on the thing, just shake it to start charging.
