Question about a SSH and SFTP/FTP app

What would be the best apps for these two needs. I plan on getting a droid fascinate (if it ever comes out ).

SSH is a broad topic, what do you need to do with it? Just SFTP? Key-based authentication or password? Do you need to do port forwarding or dynamic proxies? Sadly I don't have much of an answer for you but I'll be interested in the responses you receive.

I've got ConnectBot, but I've had issues getting it to recognize many of my keys and it doesn't seem to do port forwarding. But for the keys it does recognize (I should probably rotate the keys it doesn't) it gets the job done. I also have little need to transfer files to my phone, I prefer to stream and store on my home server than to try to decide what I want on my "little" 16G flash card (remember when 16GB was an unimaginable amount of storage? I'm getting old...)
