question about asurion

If I lost my thunderbolt would I be able to replace it through asurion with a droid charge? Last time I filed a claim it asked me what phone I had and gave me tons of options as if it had no idea what I had before. Could you just enter something else and get it shipped?

I don't have the balls to do anything that involves fraud. Never have never will.

Considering you have to ship back your defective device in the box the new one came in, I wouldn't think it the brightest idea in the world to lie about what you have. Best bet would be to talk to VZW customer service, explain your situation, and see if there's any way they can work something out for you. Otherwise, when you replacement comes for your defective T-Bolt, throw that brand new phone up on ebay and go buy a Charge for $569 or whatever it is now full retail.

actually i have a third option ...it may take a few min of research though...

VZW "Had" a policy a year or so back if you had 3 DEFECTIVE devices "not broken or lost (meaning they could be handled w/o insurance VZW would allow you to get another device.. i loved my BB storm but lets just say many didn't and this was used to get some Bolds.. in no way can i say this is "OK" or even a good idea but God forbid you ran into 3 issues w/ you TB then maybe this would be a option ..
