Question about consolidated email

Sorry if this is a repeat question - I'm a new user and searched, but my results were impossible to weed through.

I use a gmail account as well as a university exchange account. Is there any program out there that has an intuitive consolidated inbox? I can use the stock EVO/HTC one, but I have to go back to switch accounts. I'm looking for one that is threaded and consolidated into one inbox.
