Question about corporate stores vs verizon

I am just wondering why where I live there is only one AT&T corporate store as compared to several verizon corporate stores?

I am thinking of switching from verizon and am concerned about customer service if required

I live in the Seattle suburbs and we have both ATT and Verizon corporate store in the same area. From my personal experience, I've found ATT service much better than Verizon at their stores. This is base on visiting two different ATT stores and one Verizon store. For you, it might make sense to visit your local ATY store and see first hand what level of service they can offer you.

I live in the Bothell area about 25 minutes from Seattle! I've visited quite a few stores in the area, and found them to be really helpful (though I'm obviously biased). I'm glad you've had a great experience! I appreciate you sharing that!
