I turned on developer options because i like to turn the animations scale to .5x but i noticed there are 2 other options turned on and wondering if its ok to turn them off or not? One is called multiple pbap properties and the other is tethering hardware acceleration. Do i need these to be on? There always on whenever you unlock the developer options feature. What do they do if there on?

PBAP is phone book access property of Bluetooth.

Hardware acceleration of tethering only applies if you're using tethering (using the phone as a hotspot).

If you don't have the phone connected to a car radio via Bluetooth, PBAP doesn't matter. If you don't tether, hardware tethering acceleration doesn't matter,

(And if you turn off animations completely, the screen will be even faster.)

thanks i found another one that is on auto update system apply updates when the phone restarts? should that be on or off?

That really depends on the version of Android you're on. For 8 or 9, I'd say yes, for earlier versions I'd say no. (That's a personal preference.)

So, what does "allow syncing of multiple properties of contacts" (that is the explanation under Multiple PBAP properties) mean? If this is left inactive and we have multiple phone numbers, e-mails, addresses etc per contact, does the phone send only one item to the car system? If we activate it it sends all multiple contact fields per contact?
