Question about Early Edge

My two-year contract is up on August 15th, 2016. So I'm almost close to the one year. Do they always offer Early Edge to customers on two-year contracts after one year?

No they do not.I have some lines that are close to the 2 year mark with no early edge offered

You should call and threaten to leave. That's what i did, I was about 7 months into my contract when I told them I really didn't like contracts and was willing to switch over to t-mobile who are paying off etf's. The rep immediately offered me the early edge option. Again I was only 6 or 7 months into my contract. So they will, but you have to make them think your willing to leave. I've been off contract ever since, almost two years now.
