When you're on your last jump, do you have to wait until til the end of the 12 month jump period to get an upgrade ? I'm hoping if the Note 8 comes out in Spring/Summer that I'll have an option to go to that phone, because I've had the Note 7 through both recalls, and turned both in when requested. The edge is a nice phone but it's not the Note. Love that design.

Yes, you would have to wait for 12 months from the day you leased your first phone.

Ok. Actually found out I have a Jump left to use so that's good news

I was told by customer service when ordering the S7E that all Note7 JOD users will have their counters reset to zero. Not sure if that happened or how to check besides calling. He actually added that to the conversation. I didn't ask.

Reset when? I hadn't had jod long but I was indecisive with phone choices.

When you jumped from the Note7 to whatever phone you replaced it with, that new phone would be #1.
I just read your original post again. Seeing as you get 3 upgrades per 12 months, you would get 2 more between now and next October, or whenever you signed up.
