Question about my Samsung Galaxy S6.

Hey guys, when I'm at camera and I turn on slow motion when I start recording the quality looks abit off, not blurry though. I'm wondering if that's normal? when I'm taking pictures, etc it looks very good but when I'm at Slow motion quality is a bit off
