Question about rooting.

If I rooted my phone and then I factory reset it does it unroot it?

Nope it does not. Once you root the phone it is rooted unless you write the stock kernel back or reflash the phone back to the stock firmware.

But remember, factory reset will also reset your settings.db to default, so you will have to re-enable sideloading.
