Question about silicone cases

I'm thinking of getting myself a silicone case for my phone.
My HTC Desire can get pretty hot as it is now, would slipping it into a silicone case make it dangerously hot?
Am I right to worry? Or are the cases manufacturers take this issue into consideration when designing these things?

Silicone cases are pretty prevalent out there today and I haven't heard of any problems. I just bought one for my Aria and love it.
