Question about stored accelerometer/gyroscopic data

I recently fell due to ice in a parking lot but do not have a witness. I'm incurring medical bills but without corroboration, I'm not sure if I can get relief based on unsafe conditions with the management company who owns the property.

I'm wondering if my phone would still have the data necessary to prove that I fell.

Would this be stored in the phone or would that only be stored if special software was collecting that data?

I have a Nexus if that helps.
