Question about the Stubid Bubble icon next to Albums on phone

So I sync all my songs from Media Player...they all had small jpgs of the album covers next to the album on my computer..How come the jpgs. didn't sync over...the droid has these stupid different color bubble jpgs next to each album..How do you change these jps? Can you?
