Question about where S7 T-mobile is manufactured?

I'm looking at buying a used S7 on Craigslist from someone. They sent me a pic of the IMEI # on the back of the phone and also of when you use *#06# and they match, which comforts me a little bit. However, on the back of the phone, it says the S7 was manufactured in China. I'm under the impression that the S7 should be made in Vietnam, at least for T-Mobile. Does anyone have a T-Mobile S7 that is made in China? I just don't want this to be a fake...thanks.

It's not separated by carrier like that. T-Mobile had/has devices from Korea, Vietnam and China.
