When I check if available wear android update appears next message

Is there a problem ?

Hope you haven't been waiting all this time to get this fixed. I had the same issue, factory reset your watch and you should be able to run the update then. I had to reset three times before the entire update would download so be patient. I also had my watch and phone on the charger in close proximity. Hope this helps because the update is definitely worth it!
