Question for my Samsung Galaxy S3‏

I need help Please
Can any one tell me what to do ?!?!!
Dear,
I bought Samsung Galaxy S3 by a friend of mine from Jeddah-Saudia Arabia,
it was working fine and i downloaded car game from App Store, and it was working fine, till this point no problems with the phone, after a week I opended App Store and downloaded a game from it,, I didn''''t play with it... and then problem started as my phone was not responding to any actions, I removed the battery and tried restarting it again, no use...
I sent it back to my friend in Jeddah-Saudi Arabia to see the problem with the shop he bought it from and with your Branch, I got reply from him that the phone needs new motheroard and I have to pay the cost (1070 Saudi Ryal about 250 $) , I told him i don''''t understand why !!!!
All I did is that I opened the App Store and downloaded a game from it,
Now The situation is : after buying a phone Samsung Galaxy S3 and using it for one week, I have to pay about 250 $ to be able to use it , only because I used the App Store,
Please can any one explain why it's not Samsung responsiblity for what happens to the phone though i didn''''t do any thing wrong!!!

The App store didn't cause the problem. The phone was just bad.
