I love flashing those MODS over at XDA ( BAMF Remix Extras: Let's Remix It Again [05.10.11] UPDATE: Red Google Search - xda-developers ).

However i have ran into an issue while trying to install the red 3G/4G red icons after i have already flashed other mods. I flash it and lose the Stripped lock screen. Then i tried Red icon package v2 and it gets rid of battery mod v7.

This is what i'm ultimately trying to achieve. I want to have the following mods:
Settings rosie
Stripped Lock screen
Red Icon Package withthe battmod v7 instead of the battery it comes with.

Or at least be able to use the red 3G/4G icons without losing stripped lockscreen.

If anyone from XDA is reading i would like to this. Thanks.

Right now i only have Battmod v7 and stripped lock screen and would like the red icons to play nice with them if at all possible.

Is there any way to flash Roms without having to reset the home screen and icons and redownload my apps?

I actually wouldn't be able to answer that question. The reason is when i do a flash of a new rom i dont restore much other than data. For instance i dont restore an app like say gosmspro what i do is redownload it and restore data and settings. I think if you do a back up in cwr it can back up and restore apps but does not return your screen layouts back to the way it was. Atleast i dont think it does.

I am hoping that BR 1.6.4 includes the stripped lockscreen so when i flash a mod like red icons v2 it won't make the lockscreen disappear. If there is anyway to make the red icons package to also have the battmod v7 (guage) that would be great.

you can use my backup root from the market, free download. the app not only restores your homescreens but supposedly will move your apps w/ app data. i dont use that feature however, i use titanium backup to move my apps with data over and use my backup root to restore my homescreens, call logs, sms, etc.

some 3rd party widgets dont work after restoring, however they are placed in their proper spot. u can just delete the broken widget from your homescreen and re-add it. it keeps everything in the correct spot and the homescreens in the correct order. the majority of what i have on my homescreens transfer over.
