Unless you need to sync up a BlackBerry to a corporate BES server or other special cases, stick with the $30 plan.

im not sure i just seen that while i was checking out on pre ordering the thunderbolt, it was one of the plan options. did not understand it.

yeah the enterprise is corp account based, these have been there forever, i believe att has/had same thing when unlimited was around.

If you are doing a POP e mail or Gmail / Yahoo / aol you just need the $29.99. If you are doing it for work ask your IT guy. My wife has BB Storm 2 (poor thing will be my Dinc Friday) and she is able to access corp e-mail on $29.99 plan.

Yeah our corporate email is capable of being pushed without the $45 plan. While the corporate phones are all BlackBerry's a lot of people have iPhones and Droids and they get their corporate email with the $30 plan.

Verizon has told me two different things about this in the past.

First, they said I needed to purchase the more expensive plan in order to sync with our MS Exchange server at work. Not necessary from a technical standpoint, just a larger amount of data usage with push email and OTA syncing.

Later on, they said that the $30 plan was unlimited and there were no restrictions regarding work emails. I liked that answer better so I decided to follow it. I always document the advice I like and just assume the person giving it is obviously the more knowledgable Verizon employee.
