Question: How do I add a google account to a stock optimus S phone without a service plan?
currently, I have an optimus that is disconnected and factory wiped. I would like to add a google account to it via wi-fi. Is there a way to do this without needing a service plan?

Simply bypass the gmail signin on first boot, enable WiFi, open the playstore, and it will ask you to sign in. There you go!
