might be a noob question but lately ive been interested in getting a tablet the only thing stopping me is paying extra for it! soooooo are there any tablets availible that u dont have to pay monthly for? stickly used on whatever wifi connections it picks up??

Xoom is one. You can buy the 3g/wifi one so if you ever want 3g you can pay month to month. The wifi only is coming at the end of the month.

cool thanks, yeah i guess im going to have to wait to the get the all wifi tablets, i wouldnt pay monthly for it in that case id just get a macbook

tnt if money was no object which would you buy (including devices not out yet) i am in no rush to buy one so i can wait...ive given up on having to buy the first NEW thing that comes out i wait now and thanks to the bb storm i learned this lesson lol

Isn't the Viewsonic G-tab a wifi only? Another option.

I bought the Xoom on launch if your in no rush within a few months more tabs will be out. I love the Xoom but would check out others when they come out.

but your still not making a recomendation xoom or whats your fav rumored tab....and i wouldnt use an ipad if it were given to me
