question mark in a circle cannot turn on phone

I don't know what caused this but I have had this phone for over a year and not seen this ever happen. Either way I noticed the phone stuck at 22% battery life for a while before ultimately shutting off completely. I have tried multiple charging cables. 3 different ones, to get the phone to turn on. Nothing. I have cleaned the charging port with rubbing alcohol and co2. All the phone does is blink a black screen with a circle and a question mark.

I have tried a hard reboot and that does not work either.

Any suggestions? I have an LG thinq g7. Not sure of the software version.

Usually not correct charger but you tried a few , so I think your battery needs replacement.

Hey mustang, I tried another battery from another LG phone but it did not work. I am still getting the question mark and the circle on a black screen. No other messages or ability to enter safe mode.

Hey mustang this definitely seems to be a battery issue. When the phone cannot dectect a battery it flashes the question mark in a circle icon. When the battery is detected the normal charging icon will appear. I have a new battery ordered I hope will fix the problem, unless the connection to the main frame is damaged some how.
