question on loaders

I have a nexus 6 running the nova loader which I like a lot.

If I were to get a edge+ would I be able to run nova or would I have to stay with the stock loader to take advantage of the "edge" features?

Sorry for the late ty and reply.
Can you still use the swipe from the Edge to see your contacts? Or is that part of touchwiz? Last question, if I go to another launcher but later decide to go back to touchwiz will my app layout be saved like Nova does?

(Sorry for noob questions, new to droid)

All the Edge features will work with any Launcher, in Nova they work just like in TouchWiz.

Yes,you can switch between launchers all the time and your settings on each one will be saved for when you comeback unless you reset that launcher data.
