Question regarding rom flashing

So I'm rooted and debloated. Do I need to reinstall the bloatware before I flash and if not will I have to un bloat again after I flash?

If you flash. it will overwrite system data so everything you de-bloated will be gone most likely. If the rom is de-bloated, you will still be de-bloated. If you load a full rom like the DL09 full, all the bloat will be back. The DL09 leak is rooted and de-bloated. The full DL09 is not rooted and not de-bloated.

No it will overwrite what you have already done. as previous post says depending on how you are flashing will dictate what you need to do afterwards
