Question regarding webpage display

Lately, a few web pages I've visited using the Epic have part of the page displayed as a large white area with a black square and a green arrow inside it -- I assume that this is meant to be flash content. I have stock FroYo on the Epic with Flash 10.3 installed. The flash application likes to keep auto updating.

If what I described is supposed to be flash content, then why isn't it being displayed?

Do you have the settings in the browser (under Enable Plugins) set to 'always on' ? If not, you have to manually allow the flash content by touching the icon.
