OK I have a HISENSE Tablet and I am having issues moving the games I DL to a external SD card tested everything no luck

Welcome to Android Central! Moving apps to the external SD card is not supported with current devices unless you root them (like jailbreaking an iPhone), which I wouldn't recommend if you're a relative beginner.

I'd highly recommend the rooting the tablet, getting a 32GB Class 10 MicroSD and getting the app called "Folder Mount". It let's you move the big folders from your "internal sdcard" to your "external sdcard". Look on xda-dev for more info on both. And DM me if you need help..
