I bought a new 3 yesterday. While listening to my callers on my end, the phone sounds somewhat Tinney, also I can hear a little static noise in the earpiece also. Anyone else have this issue

My sound on a call is clear as a bell ..... a lot better than my S3 & Note 2 were!

Isnt there a tonality test or calibration? I thought I remembered reading that in a thread.

Go into settings; sound; and then select Adapt Sound.

You can adjust the settings to fit your unique needs or correct problems.

I have not experienced your particular issue, but this should help.
