So I may have messed up Here, I bought a bunch of usb type c cables to use with my pixel, but the charger it comes with isn't usb. I have a 10w usb charger, would that be ok to use with the pixel 2? Also would I be doing any harm plugging it into my PS4 and charging it off of that?

They cables you bought aren't USB C at both ends? The 10 watt charger is ok but probably won't rapid charge. You can charge it from the PS4 if the port supports charging but that might be real slow.

I thought that's what I was getting, but one end is usb and one is type c

The 10 watt USB charger is probably OK, but how do you know it is 10 watt? What is the voltage and ampere output of this charger?

Considering the Pixel 2 comes with warnings to use only the supplied charger I wouldn't experiment with other chargers. Just return the incorrect cables and buy the correct ones. Here's a quality set that I bought:

USB Type C Cable CHOE 2Pack [3.3ft & 6.6ft] Hi-speed USB Type C to Type C(USB-C to USB-C) Charging Cable for Google Pixel 2/Pixel/Pixel XL,new MacBook,Lumia 950/950xl,Nexus 5x/6p,ChromeBook Pixel https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01H3COF6...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6123849

Are there any usb chargers I could get that have the fast charging?

Not with a USB-A plug/charger at the end opposite the phone. The Pixel conforms to the USB-PD spec for USB-C rapid charging, but this requires USB-C at BOTH ends, otherwise it reverts to just "charging" at the same rate as we're used to with older devices.

What do I need to search for in Amazon? Or could you link me something so I know what I'm looking for?

Nothing.

Use the charger that came with your Pixel 2. Buy the Choetech USB-C cables I recommended a couple of posts upstream in this thread. Don't use the USB-A to USB-C cables you bought.

Looks like I need to return them then :( thanks. Is it possible to buy a second official charger?

For what, a proper cable or the charger block? If you MUST get an additional charger -

I'm using the following with (now) my Pixel 2 XL and my Tab S3, previously with my Nexus 6p:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6124029
https://www.amazon.com/Anker-PowerL...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6124029

Here is an updated version of the charge block which may give the full rapid charge speed due to being fully USB-PD compatible - https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Premiu...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6124029

For what it's worth, my Nexus 6p and now Pixel 2 XL display "charging rapidly" when plugged into the one I have.

All phones come with warnings to use only the factory chargers. Means very little except they want you to only use and buy their products and it's also their way of protecting their product from damage in the event you use something really cheap. The aftermarket ones like Anker and Aukey are fine and I use chargers from older phones without a hitch.
