Questions about Pascual watch face

Help. I was able to update my Moto 360 and load the Pascual watch face onto it, but I think I am missing some functionality.

I DO NOT see any of the small icons for gmail, wifi, battery life, bluetooth or Hangouts (although I am not using hangouts as my default sms application).

The only small icon I ever see on the Pascual watch face is the disconnected icon which shows up in the center of the screen whenever my Moto 360 is not connected to my phone. Other than that, whenever my Moto 360 is connected to my Nexus 5, I do not see any of the small icons. All I see are the watch hands, date, day of the week and number/tick indicators for time.

Am I missing something? Did I not set up the watch face correctly? How do I get the other small icons (gmail, bluetooth, wifi, etc.) on the Pascual watch face to appear?

Also, what functionality does the inner reticle provide? I see blue and gray bands that seem to move occasionally, but I cannot figure out what information or purpose it provides.

Thank you.

I thought the same thing about the Pascual face. I was excited for it, but I worried the designer put it in there without really knowing if that functionality would work. After all, the design was made well before the watch was released. So I think it was wishful thinking that that functionality would make it into the final design.

I can't say for sure, but I'll bet the rings you are referring to relate to any calendar appointments you may have. Other watchfaces use a similar system to indicate when you have appointments, though I haven't actually played around with them to know exactly how they work.

Can you be more specific about what you mean by watchmaker posts? Is that a community? I did a search and a whole bunch of things came up when I searched for watchmaker.

You're not doing anything incorrectly. The various status and system icons did not make it into the final design. Other differences include shorter watch hands in the final result.

The two rings on the watch face indicate AM for the outer ring and PM for the inner ring. They also highlight the same color as selected for the hands where you have entries on your calendar.

On Google+ it's the posts affiliated with the watchmaker app for Android wear

I've been wondering what the rings mean, but now I see it, I think its cool that I can tell if I have meetings by looking at the ring

Here's my tweaked version of Joe Scanlon Google + version - I like it better than the Moto version
