Hi, I've made a few comments already in this site and started a thread or two. I just wanted to say that I appreciate all the informative threads and helpful people here. So far, I've barely seen any flaming here, and that's very welcome.
I've looked around for a few questions I have regarding Droid and for questions specific to the Fascinate on this forum. I've found some answers but some don't seem to fully answer my questions unless I've just plain missed it.
Regarding volume, is there a way to increase the volume when listening to music via headphones? With my Blackberry, there was a "loudness" setting which could be toggled on and off. I can't seem to find that setting for my Fascinate. As a result, music is quieter than what I would like. Further, sound levels in general seem to fluctuate more than what I would like on this phone. Are any of you noticing the same? For example, with some apps sounds are very loud and with some apps sounds are quieter than they are supposed to be.
Regarding Google Calendar, I'm having trouble adjusting to this calendar. For example, what's the difference between "My Calendar" and my "Google Calendar"? I don't even want to use "My Calendar" and for some reason my default calendar is my work calendar and I would like my default calendar to be my google account yet I have found no way to change this yet. Regarding calendar invitations, how exactly does this work? It doesn't seem intuitive to me. Can somebody provide a link or something on Droid calendar walkthrough?
I accidentally declined the latest ROM update from Verizon for this phone. There doesn't appear to be any way for me to update now OTA. What should I do?
