Before I order I have a couple questions for those that may have the phone already..
The phone is advertised as a 5.5inch screen but when I was looking at it in the store, the on screen navigation buttons take away from usable screen space and it feels very much smaller than my Note 4. Is there a way to auto hide the navigation on screen buttons when browsing the Web or when using other apps?
I know I can scale the size of the icons and nav buttons (found that option when I was looking at it) but even at the smallest option it still takes up screen space.
How is the phone signal strength? Designed by Google or not, these were still made by HTC and I have never had good reception with HTC phones I have had before.. Samsung and Motorola were always better.
Deciding between the Pixel XL and the LG v20.. so I want to get as much info as I can.
I don't care about having an unlocked bootloader as I have not been into flashing roms in years now.. I just want it to work.
Thanks!
