Is the T-Mobile (USA) version already unlocked? Would it supports LTE bands in Asia and Europe?

No, you will have to contact T-Mobile to unlock it. Others on T-Mobile will know the time frame/requirements needed before T-Mobile will unlock it for you. I'm not sure about the bands for Europe and Asia. I'm sure others will fill you in on that.

Not sure about the bands for Asia, though I'd think so. The T-mobile version can be unlocked after 40 days of service. Just use the Unlock app and it'll tell you whether you qualify to unlock.

I know T-Mobile has international roaming capabilities, if you're a customer but are unable to unlock.

I used my OnePlus 6T in France and Portugal without a problem on T-Mobile. (No extra charge for me. Connection was throttled to 250kbps (I think), but good enough for the price, just wouldn't try to stream video...)
